Staff are available to ensure your needs are met. Safety for you and your car as well as a personalised service (assistance with luggage, transfer to terminal doors etc) are critical factors.
 
Location
The carpark is located 8 – 10 Runway Dve Sunshine Coast Airport Mudjimba which is adjacent to the airport and easily accessible from all areas up and down the Coast via the major road network.
 
Valet Parking
When you arrive at our premises, please leave your vehicle at our valet drop off area. Then proceed to reception for our free ‘on demand’ shuttle to the terminal. Your car will be allocated to secure undercover parking and be easily accessible to you on your return.
 
Free shuttle service
There is a free air conditioned 'on-demand' shuttle service. Once you have checked your vehicle in you will be taken to the Airport terminal.
When you return from your journey, we will be waiting for you at the airport, where our valet will return you to your car. As required please call the carpark

Carpark Arrival/Departure Date & Time
For airport arrival time it is recommend that you arrive at the terminal at least 1 hour prior for domestic flights
 
24 hour surveillance
There is a state of the art 24hr monitored back to base alarm system. Random patrols are conducted by professional security personnel.

Travelling with children
If you are travelling with young children that require safety seating - please drop them at the airport terminal FIRST, with an accompanying adult, before you access the car park. There is no provision for adequate child safety seating in the shuttle vans.

Parking Fee Rules

1.       A $2.00 administration fee is included in the quote amount

2.       Changes/cancellations are via our website (go to "Amendments tab") up to 1:00pm (13:00 hours) on the day before customers advised parking date. A cancellation fee of $10.00 applies and for changes there maybe an adjustment for any applicable parking charge difference. Any balance owing to customers is refunded.

3.       If customers don't park as per their reservation, subject to changes/cancellations in 2 above, all payments will be forfeited
